Eden Ritchie is seeking a Business Analyst  who will consult with stakeholders for developing project artefacts such as cyber policies, guidelines and procedures.
Additionally, you will create and maintain comprehensive documentation including process maps, requirement specifications, training material and operational handover guides.
Using, where necessary, graphical representation to reinforce processes and procedures whilst contributing to process and procedure improvement.
You will be a key stakeholder contact and will support the project manager, with coordination of project activities to achieve the desired outcomes, assist with definition of scope and help manage risks.
You will use data-driven insights to inform decisions and offer recommendations for better project outcomes.
Additionally, you will leverage their understanding of cyber security principles and knowledge of various security frameworks.
6 month contract with possible extension Brisbane CBD location As the Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: Work with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and document business requirements, to enable translation into technical specifications.
Review current business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Work with project managers to develop detailed project plans, assist with definition of scope, and help manage risks to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Act as the main point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Support organisational change initiatives to ensure the smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.
Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and offer recommendations for better project outcomes.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business cases, process maps, requirement specifications, training material and operational handover guides.
Assist with development of use cases and test scenarios for new systems, coordinating testing effort and triage of defects.
