About You:
You will ideally have experience working on commercial new builds (this project is a 5-story office build) as a Project Manager or Senior Contract Administrator who is keen to step up as a PM. You will have strong commercial and construction knowledge and be able to manage internal and external stakeholders on the projects. Experience on vertical builds over 30m.

About the role:
On-site Team:
Primarily focus on project delivery (subcontractor management, program, logistics, quality). Off-site Team:
Primarily focus on project pre-planning, contract administration, and site team support (consultant design, subcontractor design approvals). On-site and off-site project teams work together through:
Regular touch points Weekly meetings The project manager will have a key task of assisting in the coordination of the site team requirements with off-site team deliverables.
