The Job
To be successful in this role you will have over 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator on high/medium rise residential and/or high-rise commercial developments. You will have been exposed to mid-tier projects over $50M. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of longevity with previous companies.
Your experience and Qualifications:
Relevant Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering tertiary qualificationConfidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alikeHave the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a teamThe ability to write a detailed scope of worksIntimate knowledge of Qld Construction legislationExperience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skillsExperience using Procore is considered extremely advantageousWilling to take the lead and manage other CAs'Your Career
