The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an experienced and talented IT/OT Support Analyst with a solid understanding of IT Technology to join our ever-growing National OT Team, based in our Newcastle Office.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Support of the Alliance Automation ICT infrastructure Delivery of internal IT projects / system upgrades Contribution to maintenance and support strategies System audits / health checks covering both ICT infrastructure and Cybersecurity Deployment of patches, maintenance activities and support Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule Providing on-going support to our customers Supporting and driving a HSEQ centric culture within the company Desirable Experience and Skills:
Strong drive to learn and build new skills Client focused with strong communication skills SharePoint development and support Scripting (Powershell) Network Switch Configuration Changes Server Hardware installations and configuration Windows Operating Systems installations and patching TAFE Certifications in ICT and / or Tertiary Qualification would be highly regarded We offer a rewarding remuneration and exciting career path to suit the experience and skills of the successful applicant.
