Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage all OSIsoft PI Historian aspects in relation to the Automation Team or Customer requirements, including engineering services for automation-related equipment.
Ensure that documentation and the definition of new procedures are in line with best practices and fit for purpose solutions.
Ensure operations and activities are carried out in accordance with data management requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with peers in the process unit (automation and process experts), supporting functions and projects, and deliver jointly owned initiatives through effective collaboration.
Collaborate with international teams to ensure that projects are on track and relevant deliverables are communicated with clients.
Provide optimal support to meet customer expectations, specialist technical support/assistance including fault diagnosis, and deliver best-in-class performance for maximized production output.
Perform OSIsoft PI Tag creation/update/improvements or troubleshooting in alignment with our customers.
Track documents, track, and implement changes or updates as required.
Further develop current system configuration (AF or EF module).
Monitor OSIsoft PI Historian health, both Server and Interface.
Maintain new requirements such as creating Notifications or new PB Displays.
User Support as a PI SME.
Maintain and improve PI Vision Displays.

Basic Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with specialization in IT and Automation.
Minimum 2 years' experience as a system administrator of OSIsoft PI-System.
Excellent technical knowledge of OSIsoft PI-System.
Multi-lingual background, preferably fluent in Gujarati language.
Good technical knowledge of networks and related hardware and software.
Good technical knowledge of network security.
Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
Self-motivated.
Passion for quality and excellence.
Enjoys customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
