About the role Working on site at our Scenic Shores OSHC, you will join a terrific team dedicated to making a difference to children and their families.
As an OSHC Educator Inclusion support, you will Support the team to develop age-appropriate, fun and engaging activities for children in the OSHC programSupervise children during activities, ensuring their safety at all timesBuild positive relationships with parents, staff, and childrenMaintain a clean and organised environment for the OSHC programAssist with administrative tasks as neededAbout you: Along with experience as a Program Educator, we're looking for someone who is passionate about their work. Your positive attitude and experience will allow you to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment that is fun, safe and nurturing for children.
You will also have:
The ability to work well in a teamPatience and empathy when working with childrenKnowledge of child development principles.Qualifications We are looking for applicants with the following qualifications or studying toward:
Any 1-year Full time Equivalent in studying the following: Creative Arts, Fine Arts, Drama or music qualification.Completed Cert 111 in Special and inclusion supportEarly childcare education or studying towards or does have childcare experience in another country working with childrenOne year in studying toward the following qualifications: Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Diversional therapy or Speech pathology.Completed 1-year full time studying towards: Primary, Secondary or Special Education qualification.Completed 1-year full time studying towards: Sport and recreational qualification.Completed Cert 3, Diploma in Early childhood or studying towards.Current Paid Blue Card.First Aid or willing to attain one.Previous experience working with diverse communities is an asset.How to Apply We can't wait to hear from you!
