Assumption OSHClub is looking for a new Coordinator to join the team.
The service has their own designated room within the school and beautiful outdoor spaces to utilise.
We are looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday 7:00-9:00am and 2:30-6:00pm with admin time on top.
You'll have the opportunity to build positive and long-lasting relationships with the children, families, and school.
About the role Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years.
You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!)
and a state check for working with children Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA Australian work rights We're committed to ensuring our employees are included in the Early Childhood Worker Retention Grant and have applied to participate.
