Seacliff Primary School Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) is seeking an Assistant Director for an immediate start. Our service offers before school, after school care and vacation care approved for 80 children. We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our enthusiastic team, to help build and maintain our welcoming and engaging environment and support the Director in the management of the service.
The role of Assistant Director comprises of varied responsibilities, including assisting with the day-to-day operations of the service, managing and receipting accounts, supporting and supervising of educators during the centre's opening hours and delivery of program.
Included in this appointment would be taking on the role of Educational Leader, which means, planning, delivering, evaluating and reflecting on an educational and engaging program for school aged and preschool children, including supervising and supporting our educator team to deliver the program.

About you: Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Standards/AreasUnderstanding of the Laws/Regulations for Early Childhood Education and Care ServicesStrong Knowledge of MTOP and EYLFExperience in OSHC, school or childcareExperience with managing accountsKnowledge of Spike economic outlook is a bonusStrong sense of communityQualifications ACECQA approved qualificationWorking With Children Check (WWCC)RRHAN-EC TrainingFirst aid, CPR, emergency asthma management and anaphylaxis training or willingness to obtainWe are looking for someone to start immediately.
