The venue concentrates on amazing service and a fun atmosphere with a brand-new look, catering for everyone.
About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and inspiring General Manager to motivate and drive the team of this prominent and multi-faceted operation, demonstrating operational excellence, leadership and vision. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage focused general manager looking for a lifestyle change.
Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be a passionate, innovative, and results-driven leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry. With a focus on Rooms Division and Food and Beverage, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take charge of a thriving venue, make a significant impact, and lead a dedicated team to success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the venue to deliver a premium customer experience across a multi-faceted venue. Manage all aspects of the venue's daily operations, including front office, housekeeping and food and beverage. Oversee all financial aspects of the business unit including annual budgeting, cost control and reporting. Find opportunities to drive revenue through sales and effective rate strategies. Manage the food & beverage and gaming outlets. Set and maintain a level of service and quality that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guests. Manage staffing levels and work schedules to achieve financial and service quality targets. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and create change based on feedback. Inspire, develop and lead a team of hospitality professionals. Seek opportunities to maximise revenue for the venue. Continuous improvement with regards to product and service. Ensure consistency and high standards. About you: A true leader to take the venue to the next level. A strong background in food and beverage. Driven to succeed and passionate about what you do. Savvy, energetic, and able to multi-task. Extensive previous experience in a similar role. Driven to exceed customer expectations. Hands-on, exceptional leader with the ability to nurture, develop and bring out the best in your team. High level written and verbal communication skills. Hold current NSW RSA & RCG qualifications. Thorough knowledge of WHS legislation and hazard identification. Ability to influence and mentor a diverse team and set KPI-driven targets. #J-18808-Ljbffr
