We're looking for a dynamic Catering Manager to lead our production kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering outstanding customer service.
Managing day-to-day kitchen operations.
Upholding food safety and compliance standards.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of Food Authority guidelines.
Incorporating knowledge of Maggie Beer's philosophy and practices.
Bringing creativity and initiative to problem-solving and food-related activities.
