The ORS Occupational Therapy team is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join the team!
You will be joining a national team of 70+ Occupational Therapists in our NDIS division performing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

You will get to work with an amazing group of clients over a period of months or even years, and you will play an integral part in their personal growth and development.
You will form a close bond with your clients and get to celebrate their achievements with them every step of the way.

The types of assessments and interventions that you will complete will include:
Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments Sensory Assessments Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments Home Modifications Assessments (including complex) Functional Daily Living Skills Assessments Environmental Risk Assessments Skill building and ongoing therapy You will work across various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, community, and/or ORS offices.

That is why we have a team of Learning and Development Managers on staff who all possess 20+ years clinical Occupational Therapy experience, extensive background in university lecturing, and impressive qualifications.
You will be able to connect with these experts in one on one and group training sessions, plus have the ability to pick up the phone at any time to ask their advice.

Graduate Programs If you have recently graduated, or are within your first 12 months of experience, you will be eligible to participate in ORS' six month tailored new graduate program.
This includes reduced client hours, an allocated supervisor, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training and opportunities to network with other new graduates and senior practitioners across Australia.
Many of our leaders started with ORS in our Graduate Program!

A few requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA A car and licence A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement) A bit about us: ORS is one of the largest and fastest growing national allied health and workplace rehabilitation providers in Australia, and has a proven track record and reputation for providing high quality evidence-based and client centred services for over 30 years!
