As a Manager, you will work as a consultant in a client-facing role, across a range of teams to establish and deliver projects, including by engaging clients and their stakeholders, undertaking quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and preparing deliverables across a range of formats that distill analysis into clear and compelling recommendations for clients. This role includes managing small- to medium-sized projects, developing and managing relationships with clients, providing thought leadership, supporting and enabling high-achieving project teams, and actively developing the capability of your colleagues.
We are looking for Managers to join our Organisational, Performance and Leadership practice in a management consulting capacity, working across a range of projects. This is a client-facing position. We look for great people with the following skills and experiences to support projects delivered by our organisational performance and leadership practice: Organisational development HR advisory Organisational psychology Operating model Workforce transformation Leadership assessment and development Learning and development Learning evaluations Coaching Facilitation Psychometric assessments And the practical experience: Tertiary level qualifications across Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resources and/or related business discipline 5+ years in a management consulting or internal HR or OD role with a focus on: designing, facilitating, and implementing organisational improvements, organisational psychology, leadership assessment & development, workforce transformation, learning & development, change management and coaching and facilitation Broad understanding of organisational capability issues within large and complex organisations Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw out meaningful insights from data Exceptional communication, relationship building and group facilitation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different levels The capability to think, articulate and write logically Strong structured problem-solving skills Understanding and use of project management tools and experience in defining and delivering projects, or working in a project environment Security clearance (essential) Finally, the important details...
