As our Organisational Development Partner , you'll play a pivotal role in implementing strategies that shape the future of our organisation. From driving change initiatives to developing leadership capabilities, you'll be instrumental in fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture across our teams.
Responsibilities: Work with senior leaders to design and implement cutting-edge development programs that enhance capabilities and leadership. Create pathways for talent development, ensuring we grow and retain an engaged, high-performing workforce. Lead projects focused on organisational culture, engagement, and wellbeing to ensure our people feel supported in all aspects of their lives. Use data and insights to develop solutions that align with our business goals, delivering tangible outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Maximise our learning platform to create seamless and accessible learning opportunities across the business. What We're Looking For: 5-7 years of experience in organisational development, HR, or business management, with a strong background in leading change. A degree in Organisational Psychology, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. A passion for helping people grow, and the ability to translate business goals into meaningful development opportunities. Strong project management skills to ensure smooth delivery of complex initiatives. The ability to build partnerships, embrace change, and be proactive in making everyday improvements. Why Bild Group?
