The purpose of this position is to support the building of individual, team and organisational capability toensure the City of Launceston's organisational development requirements are met. You will proactivelysupport the Organisational Development (OD) Team to deliver outstanding experiences for our people,including supporting the on-boarding of new starters, providing advice and support around leadership andemployee capability and promote a positive constructive workplace culture.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;? Working with the People and Culture Team to determine Learning and Development opportunities
that support the capability development of leaders and employees.? Coordination of the Corporate Induction and on boarding programs and processes.
? Coordination of our traineeship, apprenticeship, internship, cadetship development program.
? Supporting the creation of Compliance Training programs, maintaining the knowledge base andtracking employee participation.
