The role: The Australian Out of Home market has been on a strong growth trajectory and oOh! has set ambitious growth targets to capitalize on this growth. To achieve this goal, the business is undertaking a significant transformation of the core business and growth into adjacent markets.
As oOh!media's Organisational Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping and enhancing crucial frameworks to drive performance, culture, engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent management, facilitating sustainable growth and tangible business outcomes.
Thought leadership: Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in Organisational Development (OD) to design and implement fit-for-purpose strategic initiatives, frameworks and processes, including: Performance, culture & engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion; and talent management.Leadership of annual cycle: Develop and lead the annual cycle of OD processes, aligning approach with key senior stakeholders and leveraging the broader P&C team to execute.Continuous improvement: Analyse data and insights from each cycle; and incorporate learnings from external trends and best practice; to continuously improve OD processes.Drive OD program: Lead strategic OD initiatives aligned to the annual business plan, working with key stakeholders, senior leaders, other enabling functions and external partners as required.Monitor outcomes: Design, monitor and measure progress against Board approved annual Group OD objectives, and prepare Board and Executive Reports as needed. Provide relevant DEI and other OD input to tender responses, corporate publications (incl. Annual Report and Sustainability Report) and industry responses.In order to be successful for this role: A proven track record in designing, implementing and evaluating successful OD programs, or a similar HR related role, ideally in medium sized organisations.Experience with diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and cultural activities including employee surveys.Strong understanding of organisational design principles and methodologies.Strong project management skills to drive multiple OD programs of work.Ability to operate at all levels - strategic, operational, and tactical.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration at all levels.Education or background in organisational psychology, organisation development / human resources, business or equivalent field highly desirable.Our Benefits: You flex– We are all different and we recognise that.
