About the role: Reporting to our Head of People Experience you will be the guru that helps us build engagement, harness talent, and shape our culture to enable our people and organisation to thrive.
In this new role, you'll get to create new programs, frameworks and approaches that help take CPA Australia to the next level and so we can achieve our vision and purpose.
As the custodian of our values, you'll help shape the critical behaviours that amplify the bright side of our culture and employee experience.

Your key responsibilities: Lead our employee listening strategy by designing and delivering effective culture and engagement measurement and employee lifecycle surveys.
Partner with the Head of People Experience to define and manage talent and succession planning initiatives.
Redefine our annual performance and development cycle to support the growth of our people and organisation.
Lead, plan, design and deliver people projects (build, buy, borrow, bot, bridge, bond) to enable achievement of CPA Australia's strategic objectives, harnessing a range of programs and initiatives.
Design and embed our global ways of working and champion wellbeing programs, and wellbeing capability uplift across our organisation.
Deliver amazing people experiences and events to help shape our culture, build connection and capability, underpinned by our values.
What you'll bring to the team: You are an experienced OD practitioner with proven success in delivering employee lifecycle initiatives.
You enjoy working in a dynamic, team environment with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Your experience in the design and delivery of organisational development interventions: such as talent & succession, culture & engagement, and employee experience will see you flourish in this role.
You have a hands-on approach and a proven ability in leading and influencing people initiatives.
You enjoy working with data and research to provide insights, trends and inform decision making.
Degree qualified, you'll ideally bring with you accreditation in behavioural tools, psychometric assessments, and methodologies.
