Townsville Hospital and Health Service are seeking an experienced permanent full-time Organisational Development Consultant to join our team. Please note flexible working arrangements will be taken into consideration by negotiation.The Organisational Development Consultant is a principal technical expert in contemporary Organisational Development (OD) methodologies, tools and approaches, with a solid understanding of Learning and Development (L&D) principles and curriculum design. Provide high-level advice and consultancy services to Service Group leadership across the Hospital and Health Service (HHS) regarding workforce and work system performance improvement.
This position works closely with all Human Resource (HR) functions to define, design, develop and coordinate the delivery of effective and engaging OD and workforce performance improvement initiatives that build workforce capability and competence, and contribute to a positive, innovative and values-based workplace culture.
The Organisational Development Consultant will be acting as a professional lead, they will effectively integrate the methodologies of Organisational Development and Learning and Development to analyse, diagnose and then co-develop/deliver integrated and engaging development solutions that build necessary capability and performance, and enhance the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (THHS) culture.
