Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Advisor to join our People & Capability team at Duketon. You will play a key role in contributing to the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives that support the organisation's overall effectiveness and performance.  The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of organisational development principles, change management methodologies, talent management practices, as well as strong interpersonal skills.

This is a site-based role, working on an 8:6 FIFO roster ex-Perth. However, you may be required to work in the Perth corporate office from time to time.
About The Role Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify organisational needs and develop solutions that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention Designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development programs and initiatives, including talent management, leadership development, succession planning, and change management Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the organisation's structure, processes, and culture Providing guidance and support to leaders and managers on matters related to employee development, team dynamics, performance management, and employee relations Analysing data and metrics to measure the impact of organisational development interventions and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement Contributing to the design and delivery of training programs that align with the organisation's strategic objectives and promote a culture of learning and development. Desired Skills and Experience About You Degree in a relevant field, such as Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a business-related discipline Demonstrated experience as an Organisational Development Specialist in a related industry or considerable experience in a similar capacity on an operation Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills Experience conducting leadership, team and individual development programs Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable) Experience with INX Intuition (highly desirable) Proficient user of MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc Why Regis Resources?
