About the role: We are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to join an award-winning Enterprise Delivery Change Management team that supports a variety of medium to large scale programs across the Suncorp Group. You will also be part of a wider Enterprise Change Management Community of Practice where ideas and best practices are shared via masterclasses and knowledge sharing.
As a Change Manager, you will create and execute change management plans to support our stakeholders through ongoing change. You will also provide coaching and advice to various platform stakeholders to support the successful implementation of smaller changes.
This role will be required to support the Infrastructure Platform providing support for strategic communications/change internal and external to the platform that will result in technical and behavioural change and the implementation of new capabilities, systems, and processes. You will have experience supporting projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile).
You will have exceptional influencing skills combined with excellent stakeholder engagement (especially senior stakeholders) and coaching skills to ensure changes are embedded for our impacted teams.

Key responsibilities: Hands-on coaching and ongoing support for project and business SMEs within Agile squads to ensure the successful delivery of change activities and artefactsUtilise existing Organisational Change Management frameworks and tools to devise and execute 'fit-for-purpose' change, learning and communications plansDesign, manage and execute change activities across multiple initiatives, streams, or squads (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, Communication, Engagement, Learning, Reinforcement etc.)Ensure learning is designed and delivered appropriately for capability gaps that are identifiedBe hands-on with the design, development, and implementation of change management deliverablesProviding communications to key stakeholders to drive a clear narrative across all aspects of delivery, linking activity to strategic and customer outcomesAbout you: 5+ years project and people engagement related change management experience – Mandatory; experience with AgileA demonstrated ability to deliver Change, Communications and Learning activities for large-scale transformation or technology projects is highly desirable.Experience coaching senior stakeholders/executives combined with strong influencing skillsExperience in understanding how changes impact an end-to-end system of work or value chain is also highly desirable.Confident in your ability to work autonomously with a strong understanding of what Change activities are required through each stage of a projectExperience working closely with Technology teams with the ability to understand technical concepts, and translate into easily understood business languageAble to utilise the Change Management Framework and templates and apply them as requiredExcited to be part of a large change management community at Suncorp and share your ideasWhat we can offer you: Discounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as insurance products.Invest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs.Give back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leave.Prioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee council.About Suncorp: We're proud to be a part of the Suncorp family alongside some of Australia's most trusted and diverse names in insurance.
