About the role: We're looking for a Organisational Change Manager who wants to make an impact to how our clients work and operate. As a skilled practitioner who is experienced working in complex multi-layered change programs, you will partner with our clients to design and implement activities that support the adoption of change by their teams and increase engagement.

About you:Previous experience in a similar role working with a large complex enterprise or government environmentThe ability to navigate complex organisational changes involving multiple stakeholders, including executive sponsors, senior leaders and impacted team membersExperienced in delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose change management plans, communication strategies and engagement activities for enterprise-wide change initiativesThe ability to consult and engage with leaders to identify and mitigate potential people risks for changeStrong influencing skills and ability to persuade leaders to recognise the need for changeCertifications in PROSCI or other change management methodologies is highly regardedDevelop and implement a business change management strategy and planScope and size business change management activities and associated resourcing requirementDevelop reporting and training programs across new systems and toolsWhy join us: At NCS Australia, you'll be part of a team that values your growth and development.
