This role is critical in optimising technical workforce capabilities and will focus on recruitment, training, career development, and succession planning initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce.About the PositionAs the Organisational and Workforce Design Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing organisational structures and workforce planning strategies. You'll develop comprehensive career frameworks and performance-based incentive models tailored to technical roles, while assessing workforce capabilities to identify gaps. Your strategic input will guide recruitment, retention, and workforce transformation initiatives to meet organisational goals.About YouYou will be an experienced professional with expertise in workforce development and organisational design, ideally in Government or Defence environments. You have a proven ability to execute strategies in recruitment, training, and career development, ensuring a sustainable workforce for the future. Your analytical skills will help shape performance frameworks and optimise capabilities.
