The Organisation Methods Analyst is responsible for analysing, optimizing, and documenting business processes and procedures across various departments, including General Administration, Finance, and Product Management.
The role involves managing and executing key operational tasks related to proposals, while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyse existing business processes, methods, and systems across departments to identify inefficiencies and areas for cost reduction.Assess current workflows, identify shortcomings, and provide recommendations for optimization.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into actionable process changes.Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up of these critical business processes, coordinating with relevant departments.Track the progress and completion of SOWs and proposals, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations.Provide strategic advice based on data analysis to drive business performance and optimize operations.Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to gather insights, discuss system shortcomings, and align on procedural changes.Communicate process changes effectively to all levels of the organization, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented procedural changes, and continuously assess processes to ensure they meet organizational goals.Leverage data analysis and modeling tools to provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement of business operations.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience as a Business or Organisation and Methods/ Procedures AnalystStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to business processes and operational complianceFamiliarity with business process management tools and methods.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience working in departments such as Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, or General Administration.Proven experience in process analysis, improvement, and documentation.Experience in managing and executing proposals, POS, and SOWs.Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with data analysis and modeling tools.Experience in documenting workflows, playbooks, and procedures with attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours availableMore than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWork visa can be provided for this roleExpected salary: $95,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
