Job Summary (Purpose): The Order Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring successful and timely recording, processing and fulfilment of Customer orders. This role will work closely with the broader Customer Service and Logistics (CS&L) team, providing support for the SAP S/4 Hana implementation, demand planning and stock availability, as well as other CS&L activities as required.
This is a 12 month fixed term position and will be based across both the Sydney office and Villawood plant.
Main responsibilities: Ensure that our third party (3PL) order to invoice (O2I) team are fully conversant and appropriately trained to process orders and customer queries efficiently and professionally.Analyse and approve appropriate action to resolve issues relative to customer returns and refusals.Liaise with transport companies on deliveries and returns.Liaise with our 3PL warehouse on inventory matters (Inbound / Outbound / Damages / Donations).Liaise with customers and Colgate-Palmolive IT as the Business to Business (B2B) Coordinator.Reconcile and code all freight invoices.Support the SAP S/4 Hana implementation, including user acceptance testing.Support the Demand Planning team with planning and stock availability activities.Adhere to and uphold all company quality procedures and policies.Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Any other tasks assigned from time to time to support the CS&L team.Required (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills, etc): Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Customer Service role.Inventory, logistics or transportation experience.Preferred Requirements: SAP experience.Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $ - $ USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
