Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services. NHW is also home to a 9 chair dental clinic, with the latest up-to-date equipment and facilities.
We currently have vacancies and are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented Oral Health Therapist who enjoys a busy but supportive workplace to join our clinical team. An experienced clinical team including a senior dentist, oral health therapists, and dental assistants will support the successful applicant.
The main clinic is situated at Northeast Health Wangaratta; however, we also provide care at the Benalla clinic, outreach services, and school services via the "Smile Squad" dental program.
Our Region:Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30,000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100,000 throughout the northeast.An easy 2 ½ hours drive on the Hume freeway from Melbourne and less than an hour to Albury airport with direct flights to most of the large Australian cities.We have over 11 schools including private Catholic and Anglican schooling options for pre-year 12.Our region is a popular destination year-round.
