The position will provide Receptionist and Administration relief cover for staff on leave at Oral Health sites from Wollongong to Nowra, ISLHD.

Selection Criteria
Demonstrated administrative experience preferable in a hospital/health care setting.
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office, data entry and experience with using a patient administration system and/or clinical information system or similar.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate the work flow of clinicians, including waiting list management.
Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain an efficient communication framework with clients, clinicians and other team members.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and with flexibility in a high demand area & ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven ability to problem solve, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated superior oral and written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Current NSW Drivers licence Class C and ability and willingness to travel for work purposes. This may involve driving relatively long distances within the Local Health District.
