Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer to join their Canberra or Sydney team. This is a 12 month contract with 24 month extension option. The successful candidate must be an Australian citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
12 month contract with 24 months extension option.Open to Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain a Baseline Clearance.Hybrid role (3 days in office and 2 days WFH).Paxus pays weekly.As an Oracle Fusion Middleware Developer, you will engage in the design and development of high-quality solutions in support of business and technical requirements. You will exercise a considerable degree of independence and undertake a technical leadership role, with work performed under the general guidance of senior staff. You will be responsible for, and/or contribute to the management of a team.
To be successful in this role you must have:
Development in Oracle Fusion Middleware servicesBuilding integration services for various systems such as Siebel, SAP, OPA, IDM, and/or ADFSUtilize your experience with the following FMW technologies:Oracle SOA Suite 12COracle Service BusBPEL, MediatorOracle Web Service ManagerOracle API Gateway/IBM Data PowerJDeveloperWeb Services, WSDL/WADL, SOAP, XSLT, XQUERY, XML, REST/JSONJavaOracle RDBMS 12c and PL/SQL developmentDesign and documentation of WSDL/WADL (SOAP/REST) based services, including preparing of Service Contract and Interface Mapping documents, applying standards and best practice patternsConfiguration and hosting services in Web Logic Server, Oracle API Gateway and/or IBM Data PowerPerform and manage analysis, design, development, prototyping, unit testing and maintenance activitiesSolve highly complex problems and deliver high quality solutionsPerform high-level analysis of technical requirements to support project evaluation with proposed solutionsUndertake technical design and development of highly complex custom solutions, and/or standard conversion and migration solutionsManage the release and ensure go-live production support and maintenance for the team's developmentsProactively share knowledge and expertise as the subject matter expert, and provide assistance and mentorship to less experienced colleaguesEnsure compliance with endorsed software development methodologiesProvide support to development teams to ensure high quality custom solution realizationLead and manage the operations of a team including overseeing work priorities and resource managementMaintain and support existing system/technology to support day-to-day operationReport on the achievement of business outcomes, key performance indicators and quality assurance in the area of responsibilityPrepare and review a range of written material which may include technical and corporate documentationProvide detailed, specialist technical advice to the senior executive where appropriateMonitor and manage work output and quality against established performance standardsAttend interagency meetings and forums to influence business outcomes and share information.To be considered for this role you must:
