We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic, supportive and collaborative Optical team at our Pirie Street location.
About the role
You will be working in a small but busy logistics environment and as part of our dedicated professional team, you will deliver exceptional internal customer service centred on contact lens order management, general optical stock reconciliation and distribution centre administration support.
With a focus on detail and service, you will be responsible for ensuring stock and orders are accurate, reconciled and organised to be delivered on time to ensure our store teams are able to provide exceptional service and product to our members.
Key responsibilities: Stock receipting, reconcile supplier invoices, ensure accurate data entry, and manage end of month reportingContact lens order coordination: Maintain stock levels for contact lenses and solutions and process patient ordersCollaborate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, update systems with accurate pricing, and manage monthly deals for optimal efficiencyAbout you
Ideally, you will be a strong administrator with strong accuracy and numeracy skills and intermediate knowledge of Excel and Office.
Strong time-management skills partnered with a high level of computer literacy will see you successful in this role.
You will be self-motivated, conscientious and a problem solver with excellent communication skills.
A can-do positive attitude and great work ethic are essential.
