in Chemical Engineering, Postdoctoral research or industry experience in a relevant field.Ability to lead Research and Development programs from the early concept stage through assessment for commercialization.Proven expertise in chemical processing, ideally including scale up of reactors for the transformation of captured CO2 or Syngas.Familiarity with the proposal writing process, including strong accountability to deadlines and requirements.Strong ability to work cross-functionally in a team setting while taking ownership of assigned projects.Exposure to and understanding of catalytic substrate design or sorbency coatings design is preferred.Proficiency in COMSOL, CHEMCAD, or ASPEN preferred.Eligibility to work in the United States without future Visa sponsorship.Company CultureAt PCI, you'll find cohesive teams and a culture that promotes open communication and support.
