ABOUT YOU

Ideally you have had experience within an optical setting. Bring your in-person retail expertise, outstanding communication, customer service, and teamwork skills to our team. The ideal candidate will: Exhibit confidence with a natural sense of color and style Demonstrate strong communication skills and rapport-building ability Be detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks that demand attention Function as a team player while also excelling in independent work Find joy in engaging with social media platforms Stylish and trend-setting

The successful individual will collaborate with a patient-focused, efficient, and effective professional team, emphasizing an understanding of customer needs. Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with the team to offer personalized solutions to customers Boosting sales through excellent retail skills and knowledge Staying current with frame fashions and trends Delivering exceptional patient-focused service Handling general administration and other reception tasks as needed
