About the Role Located in Perth, the role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential development space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets. The key responsibility areas around operational focus with maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
The role will form a senior position within a small and growing team with the opportunity to assist in business development opportunities, together with training/mentoring junior valuers within the residential development valuation space.
About you We are seeking an experienced and driven professional with highly developed residential development valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications CPV status combined with 5 plus years experience Strong understanding and experience in residential development space.
