This full-time position forms part of a continuous shift roster with 2 nights, 2 days, and 4 days off.

ResponsibilitiesEnsure commitment to safety, quality, and the environment.Mechanical maintainer duties within a site-based environment.Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues.Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.Focus on continuous improvement ideas.Maintain accurate records of work performed.What you will need to succeedTrade qualification as a mechanical fitter, mobile plant fitter, or boilermaker/welder.Experience as a fitter in a heavy industry setting delivering and managing maintenance activities.Demonstrated experience in managing and mitigating workplace risks.Experience in fixed plant operations (beneficial but not critical).Our businessCockburn Cement is the leading Western Australian manufacturer of cement, lime, packaged cement, and drymix products.
