Our Operators play an essential role in getting us there, by working with our team to help provide valuable waste management solutions to our clients and customers. As an Operator, you will be a fundamental part of the business focused on waste solutions.

Who you are You're a skilled Operator/Labourer with a good safety record and a front-end loader or excavator (heavy machinery) ticket (desirable). Not essential to have operator tickets, just be a conscientious, motivated labourer willing to obtain operator tickets. Demonstrated experience as an Operator/General Hand supporting the Site Supervisor. Willing to work part-time with Friday to Sunday (8:00am – 5:30pm) shifts. Strong understanding of Safety and Compliance in transport and operations environments. Customer oriented – you care about our customers and bring a positive attitude to all your interactions. Pride in the appearance of the company equipment and personal image. You're a team player, willing to pitch in, be reliable, supportive, and helpful when required.
