About The RoleARC is looking for a new team member to join our Bathurst team as an Operator. In this role, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment where we value safety above all else. This role is full-time, 38 hours per week + overtime where required. Normal working hours are Mon – Fri 7:00am - 3:00pm. We value a healthy work/life balance, so overtime is minimized where possible and weekend work is rare.Joining the ARC team provides a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication, and distribution.
