Apply today!Job Details Position Summary:The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse-related duties such as receiving and storage of goods, preparing orders for shipment, picking items by batch and ID/kit numbers and ensuring that orders are filled accurately and efficiently, continually striving for improved customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:ClinicalComply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which contain specific instructions to take the steps concerning the reception and shipment of materialsCompare the material received with the documentation forwarded in order to certify concordance or disagreementPrepare box contents according to the information described on Packing List with correct temperature controlPhysically perform packing process of inbound, outbound and returned shipments using Cencora World Courier packaging productsThe Operator must have the training and the capability required to control materials characteristics (described in their labels): ID number, expiration date, Lot number, patient's kit, and temperature and storage conditions as well as any additional information that could be usefulThe Operator must be specifically trained in order to perform activities related to shipments such as the picking, packaging preparation, packing and labelingPerform activities on the Operative System CTM-STAR related to the Inbound, Outbound, Return and Relocation processesHave deep knowledge and carry out relabeling, returns processing, stock control, balance and relocations processes developed at the FacilityPerform any other duties the employee has been trained forCommercialFollow receiving, storage and shipping procedures for processing commercial products in the warehouse. Applies to all environments including but not limited to cold chamber controlled ambient and vault productsSupport Commercial initiatives by streamlining processes to gain efficiencies in the warehouseComplete assigned reporting , cross check and verification checks as per daily , weekly and monthly reportingWork closely with packaging contacts to ensure enough supplies are maintained for the warehousePick, pack and prepare and verify products for shippingProcess inbound, outbound and return shipments for CommercialWork with a number of IT systems, including, but not limited to   ASW, IRIR, Returns connectPerform daily cycle counts and stocktakePerform any other duties the employee has been trained forOnce trained, be part of an on call rotational roster 24/7 with the logistics team to provide in person attendance for emergency response in case of any emergency shipments required by World Courier ClientsWork in all temperature controlled environments including but not limited to+15 to +25°C+2 to +8°C-20 to -30°CParticipate in scheduled weekend tasks for stock control and balance sheet processesInternal Communication and Information SharingKeep Internal Stakeholders informed of the progress of their order and shipmentCollaborate with Internal Stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions to Clinical and Commercial matters to ensure ongoing client satisfactionLiaise with the Transport Customer Service team in relation to World Courier transport bookings and ensure correct processes are followedProvide information to all WCA business units to ensure work output is coordinated in an effective mannerContribute to team and organisational wide discussions by sharing ideas, experiences and recommendations around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the businessTeamwork and CollaborationEffectively collaborate with all Internal Stakeholders to ensure the function is operating effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a harmonious team environmentPolicy and procedureComply with standard operating procedures and policies to ensure that the function is demonstrating consistent practices nationally and is in line with strategic objectivesEnsure WCA compliance with all government legislative and other requirements such as ACS, CASA, AQIS, IATA, ISOEnsure full compliance with international local regulations such as WCA RACA SP (Registered Air Cargo Security Program) Australian Customs IATA regulationsEnsure full compliance with WCA quality management systems (GxP) Workplace Health and SafetyActively promote a culture that values a safe and healthy workplaceTake reasonable care of, and cooperate with actions taken to protect;The health and safety of both themselves and othersReport all accidents, incidents and hazards to their supervisor as soon as is practicableEnsure compliance with relevant OH&S legislation and that any issues are identified and actioned in line WCA policyReports Directly To:Team Leader - Warehouse Operation.Skills and Knowledge:Have minimum 2 years logistics & warehousing experienceExperience in Receiving/put away, inventory/ replenishment, Pick/ Pack process from waving order to completion, booking of transport for cold chain orders for re- fridge transportUnderstanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and working with and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)Current forklift license – counter balance and high reach and electric reach trucksExperience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)Position will require being able to lift loads up to 20kg independently using safe lifting methods described in manual handling trainingExcellent interpersonal relationshipsBe able to take initiatives and solve problemsSelf driven and can work  autonomouslySound computer skillsAn understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirementsSound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and OutlookStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detailSound written and verbal communication skillsProblems solving skillsDemonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demandsA calm and customer focused approachWhat Cencora offers?Benefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
