What you will be doing:
You will be ensuring our B2B/SaaS Managed Services unit operates efficiently. You'll be the foundation of our lottery operations, overseeing everything from setup to completion.
Here's a breakdown of your daily tasks:
You'll be accountable for setting up and configuring draws, guaranteeing everything runs flawlessly.Compile lottery and draw permit applications, making the process effortless for all involved.Handle Recipient-Created Tax Invoicing (RCTI) and conduct essential financial tasks, including weekly and End-of-Draw reconciliations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys keeping things organised. You'll have the opportunity to play a vital role in the success of our lottery operations.

What does this mean in more detail:
Oversee the setup and configuration of managed lottery draws across a spectrum of partners to ensure their compliance and efficiency.Schedule, manage and provide partners with draft copies of all necessary lottery and draw permit applications required by regulatory authorities.Handle all aspects of Recipient-Created Tax Invoicing (RCTI), and help with the establishment of partner merchant and payment gateway accounts.Conduct comprehensive weekly financial operations and detailed End-of-Draw (EOD) reconciliations. Review financial data to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.Enable the Client Success and Retail Lotteries operations teams on an as-needed basis, providing operational insights and resolving issues to enhance partner and supporter satisfaction.Ensure all operations adhere to internal, legal and regulatory standards relevant to lottery management. Liaise with internal teams to remain aware of changes in regulations and make necessary adjustments to operational procedures.Who we are looking for:
You'll need strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively to manage many tasks and competing deadlines. Excellent communication is a must, as you'll be partnering with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Also, a strong understanding of financial processes and software is essential for this role.

While not a requirement, having a background working in a SaaS or managed services environment, knowledge of the lottery or gaming industry, and familiarity with financial reporting will give you a strong head start.
