Dragonfly is hiring for an Operations Support position for its delivery hub in South Granville. This is a full-time position for Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. WhyjoinDragonfly? • Dynamic, team-oriented environment

What does it take to be successful? • Experience in a warehouse position and in the field of transportationwould be assets;
• 2 years of experience in a customer service position;
• Being dynamic and customer-focused;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite and othersoftware.
Now, you're probably asking yourself, what will I do in this position? • Prepare daily reports;
• Process pending packages and returns;
• Respond to customer inquiries sent by the call center;
• Contact customers by phone and / or email occasionally;
• Collaborate withthe call center, delivery partners and operation supervisors;
• Data entry as needed;
• Escalate special cases to supervisors;
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following the health and safety regulations.
Sending packages should be simple.
