This includes serving as the main point of contact for facility-related matters, scheduling and coordinating facility visitors, events, managing audits and compliance with ISO 9001, and hosting internal and external audits.Additionally, the role involves leading and developing the Service administrative support team, handling office management duties, coordinating corporate events, conducting recruitment and onboarding activities, training team members, ensuring performance and value discussions, maintaining customer service standards, managing task assignments, and facilitating inductions for contractors and internal personnel.
