Your role As estara's Operations Supervisor, you will work closely with our dedicated In-home and Community Support team, focusing on our impact across the Limestone Coast region.
Day-to-day, you will ensure the seamless provision of high-quality support to our clients by leading and providing operational oversight to our rostering team members. You will also oversee our community-based Support Worker team, guiding the development of effective and highly skilled teams who are responsive to our client's evolving needs.
Your keen analytical perspective and operational expertise will be key to driving continuous improvement initiatives within your team, including workforce development and optimisation. This is a truly multi-faceted role that will allow you to innovate and excel in your career.
