Power Generation & Distribution (Mining, Resources & Energy) Full time Add expected salary to your profile for insights Sustainable Energy Infrastructure ("SEI") is a portfolio of ~30 small scale generation and distributed energy assets operating in various locations in four states across Australia with the head office for SEI located in Adelaide. Due to the expansion of our operation, we are seeking a candidate for the newly created position of Operations Supervisor.Role & ResponsibilitiesThe primary responsibility for the Operations Supervisor role is to oversee the operations of a portfolio of Energy Assets (PV and BESS) within the SEI business (across the NEM).This includes overseeing construction of new projects (PV and BESS) being built within the SEI portfolio (across the NEM).You are required to ensure commercial outcomes are met in accordance with financial budgets and maintain proactive management of operating costs and capital investment in the assets.You will have proven success in developing and maintaining key relationships (commercial, contractual and personal) with key customers, suppliers, landowners and counterparties.You will also have responsibility for:SiteEnsuring that all site operations (commercial, technical, HSE) are managed in accordance with best practice to ensure that SEI's deliverables to it's customers are met while maximising the return to SEI.Overseeing delivery of new projects during construction (
