Due to our growth in the market, we now want to have an experienced and professional Operations Supervisor join us to work in the Operations Department based in picturesque coastal town of Coffs Harbour in northern NSW.
This permanent full-time position is a significant part of the team and reports to the State Manager.

What are the main responsibilities of this role? Provide support to our operational staff to assist them to deliver customer service to the highest standard and/or to exceed expectationsPlay a leadership role in driving efficiencies and to lead by exampleAssist with fleet and mechanical issuesOperate a sweeper on a needs basisMonitor and demonstrate Work Health & Safety practicesDrive employee performance in the key areas of plant maintenance procedures, work practices and benchmarksIdentify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with new and existing customersManage key administrative functions, including contracts and agreements, customer quotations, reports and proposalsWhat do I need to be successful in this role? Be an experienced and professional supervisor in an operational environment (minimum 2 years)Be 'hands on' with a demonstrated mechanical aptitudeHave a MR Licence and a Construction Industry White CardHave sound computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word & ExcelPossess a strong work ethic and customer focus with ability to guide your team to required standards and measurementsEnjoy working in a team environmentPossess strong time management and prioritizing skillsBring excellent presentation and interpersonal and communication skillsOperate with a solution-based approach with a sense of flexibilityPass a pre-employment medical assessment (includes drug & alcohol test)This is your chance to be part of the new era and be driving the future of the business, in a town where the mountains tumble down to the sea.
