About the opportunity The Supervisor Role is responsible for leading a team to deliver against agreed budget and performance outcomes. Working closely with another Supervisor to manage a team of 40 Drivers and Freight Handlers, you will facilitate the continued improvement of the facility operations by analysing current performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing improvement action plans in conjunction with the Duty Manager. This role is focused on delivering continual efficiency improvement within budget and in the pursuit of service excellence.

The role of the Supervisor is to provide clear direction, accountability and collaboration across the facility processing team in alignment with business objectives.
You'll also Actively develop and foster a capable support and team network to ensure commitment to facility objectivesManage allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to enable achievement of facility objectivesBe the topic matter expert in relevant area of responsibility to ensure operational and customer needs are aligned with delivery of high service qualityLead change and innovation within teamsDrive new cultural practices, systems and processes that support desired changeManage internal and external stakeholder relationships, including managing customer relationships in collaboration with commercial and customer service teams, as requiredAssist and identify opportunities for service and efficiency improvement within the facility.Analyse daily facility activities to identify processing control issuesUse various data mediums to manipulate, analyse, and present data for continual processing improvement About you Join our dynamic team as a Supervisor, where your motivation and leadership skills will shine.
