What does the job look like? The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of the fleet operations & allocations at our customer site in Bathurst NSW. This role will assist with the day-to-day operations within the depot encompassing planning and execution ensuring all tasks are performed safely and efficiently while maximizing resources. Key areas:
Management of sub-contractor vehicles.Produce and maintain accurate weekly operational and financial KPI's.Manage WHS and compliance reporting.Oversee scheduling and fleet utilisation, load plans to maximise profitability.Build and maintain an effective and successful relationship with the customer and all key stakeholders.Are you the one? Experience in an operation supervisory role.Knowledge and previous experience in transport operation.Working knowledge of relevant Australian transport rules and regulations.Create and maintain a safe working environment for self and others.Strong operational strength and understanding.Proven experience with organisation and problem-solving skills.Sound like you?
