The Opportunity Operations Supervisor in Cleanaway, no two days are the same! Be prepared for a little bit of this and a little bit of that from coordinating your curbside collection fleet, to OH&S reporting, preparing payroll, you will love the variety!
Coordinate and schedule your curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPI's are achievedConsult with line management in the development and management of operational targetsEnsure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day to day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipmentLead by example - be a people person, create a good solid work and team cultureDrive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of siteManage and prepare detailed reports this includes toolbox meetingsLead performance management investigations and outcomesAbout You You ideally will have a waste background with HR Licence which would be advantageous!Be approachable, have good people skillsIdeally have 2-3yrs minimum experience in a supervisory roleExposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systemsExperience within the transport / waste / logistics and or recycling industries desirableKnowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and ability to work independentlyBenefits Competitive salary packageFlexible working arrangementsCareer opportunities in a high growth, Australian businessSupportive and safe work environmentPaid parental leaveGreat company benefits: Employee share program, company discounts, salary packaging, flu vaccinations, EAP, discounts on private health insurance and more.Our Process Our recruitment process involves a number of checks including, but not limited to, criminal history, medicals, drug & alcohol testing, as well as verification of qualifications, licences and right-to-work status.
