We are seeking a dedicated and organised Operations Staff Scheduler to join our team at Veterans NGU in Toowoomba, Queensland. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and scheduling our team of operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery.What you'll be doingDevelop and maintain detailed staff schedules to meet operational requirementsLiaise with team members to understand availability and preferencesIdentify and resolve staffing gaps to ensure adequate coverage at all timesCommunicate schedule changes and updates to the operations teamProvide administrative support to the operations department as neededContribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and proceduresWhat we're looking forProven experience in staff scheduling or workforce management, preferably in an administrative or operations roleStrong organisational and time management skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team membersProficient in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work well under pressure and adapt to changing prioritiesCommitment to providing high-quality customer serviceWhat we offerAt Veterans NGU, we are committed to supporting our employees and providing a positive work environment.
