About the role: Our Electrification & Innovation (E&I) business helps Australians transition to a cleaner energy future by developing sustainable, scalable electrification products.
We continuously enhance our offerings to provide maximum value to customers while exploring innovative concepts that could transform lives for generations.
The E&I Operations Specialist is tasked with creating and maintaining customer-focused processes across various products and Value Streams.
This role involves streamlining onboarding, support, and offboarding, collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product operations.
By assessing workflows, incorporating customer feedback, and upholding service excellence, the specialist supports scalable growth and high customer satisfaction.
What you'll be doing: Lead the development and continuous improvement of operational processes across various functions, ensuring efficiency and standardization that can significantly enhance customer experiences.Identify and implement experimental opportunities to test innovative workflows that improve customer engagement and satisfaction, preparing the business for scalable growth.Actively gather and analyse customer feedback to drive meaningful improvements in operational processes, ensuring the voice of the customer shapes the evolution of services.Work collaboratively with internal teams across Electrification & Innovation and Customer Markets to align operational practices and objectives, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment.Engage with suppliers, field service managers, and partners to enhance operational processes, ensuring the delivery of best-in-class customer experiences.Proactively engage potential customers, showcasing the unique benefits of electrification products, and drive sales through effective communication and an understanding of customer needs.Develop and track KPIs for operational processes, using data-driven insights to identify trends, address issues, and drive improvements.Provide thorough post-sales support, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and warranty management, working with third-party teams to swiftly resolve customer issues.About you: Demonstrated experience in a previous operations role, preferably in the electrification or technology sector.Solid understanding of electrification technologies and innovations.
Familiarity with the electric vehicle and/or home electrification market is highly desirable.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner.Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
