About your new role:
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be able to lead and motivate staff, with highly effective people skills. You will be mainly focused on ensuring that the product is manufactured, available and delivered to the customer correctly and on time. Other responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
Ensure the smooth running of Production and various other departmentsReviewing process flow and making improvements as requiredReporting and CAPEX planningSite and Plant Maintenance ManagementWHSQuality Management System
About you:
Sound experience, at Management level, in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, inventory & demand planning and warehouse managementExtensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processesAbility to implement change and manage the efficient operation of all product linesQualification in Mechanical Engineering/Production or Operations Management and textiles/filtration experience would be highly regardedSound working knowledge and understanding of the WHS/Quality System is criticalAble to effectively plan/prioritise, work effectively under pressure and meet demanding and conflicting deadlinesComputer skills especially around MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
