Role Details: This position is designed to support the client by managing project, operations, maintenance, and planning functions for its assets. The role includes developing planning strategies, as well as scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the maintenance of all plant equipment. The aim is to enhance team efficiency and ensure the safe, profitable, and sustainable operation of the company's assets.
This permanent, full-time role as the Operations Planner & Performance Analyst involves collaborating with the Corporate Strategy and Performance business unit to transform information into actionable insights that drive business performance. You will contribute to significantly reducing the effort needed to produce information, while empowering decision-makers to address business challenges through self-serve analytical solutions.
Core Responsibilities: Develop a balanced schedule to align with teams' priorities.Ensure schedules align with production goals.Coordinate material requirements with stores, including raising goods and purchase requisitions.Assist the teams in developing and implementing plans, schedules, guidelines, processes, and tools.Support the teams with forecasting and performance reporting.Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an integrated program.Assist with Capex Work Program and Budget forecasts.Facilitate scheduling and planning meetings.Track Planning KPIs.Drive continuous improvement for maintenance planning excellence, including developing and maintaining improvement plans.Ensure timely reporting of maintenance performance data.Support the development of the annual Operations & Maintenance Budget.Collaborate with Managers & Leads to monitor budget utilisation, lifecycle analysis, and forecasting functions.Prepare monthly performance monitoring and reporting for programs, trend analysis, and contingency allocation in consultation with Managers & Leads.Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 7 years' experience in Oil & GasExpertise in maintenance, with in-depth knowledge of the upstream oil and gas value chain and key production drivers.Qualifications in Engineering, Production Operations or MaintenanceAdvanced knowledge and can demonstrate working in MS Project, Primavera P6 and PrismExperience working with PRONOT, SAP or OracleExperience in monitoring and controlling schedules and costsExperience using digital tools such as TIBCO: Spotfire/TableauNext Steps Please apply or for more information or, please contact Rebecca Walker at Resourceful Recruitment, on 07 3214 3617 or email ******
