About the role

This is a full-time role based in Coopers Plains, QLD 4108, providing essential operations and office administration support to the team. 
As the Operations/Office Assistant, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, liaising for sales & service requirements, preparing service quotes, and a variety of admin tasks.
Responsibilities include but is not limited to: Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers/visitors in a professional manner Liaising with supplier on warranty replacement or repairsCustomer Service admin (generating RMA jobs, quotes, invoices, liaising with customers etc.)Supporting sales and production team. Assist with paperwork for sales and service requirements. Also liaising with customers on items returning, etc. Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document managementSupporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed including ordering office supplies and pick upMaintaining office cleanliness and tidying up. Freight booking and checking, may need to lift boxes if neededWhat we're looking for Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant roleStrong organisational and time management skills. Able to multi-task, think on their feet, able to adapt in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and pleasant manner.Confident with excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureWork well as a team player as well as independently. A positive, proactive, and customer-service focus.Exceptional attention to detail and always driven to deliver quality resultsHolds a current driver's license.What we offer
