We invest heavily in the recruitment, training and development of our people with a strong focus on promoting people within the company.About the Role:As the Operations Manager for WA, you will oversee the day-to-day management of operations through effective support, coaching, and mentoring of Service Delivery Managers, Impound Coordinators, and Tow Truck Operators.
Your goal will be to ensure operations are managed safely, efficiently, and profitably, meeting all KPIs, objectives, and legal obligations while delivering the highest level of customer service in line with company policies and NWG's vision, mission, and values.About You:You have a proven track record in successfully managing safe transport operations with a solid background in transport, essential for this role.
While experience in towing or heavy haulage is highly advantageous, it's not a requirement for success — however, it will certainly set you apart.
You're comfortable leading small teams and have demonstrated leadership in previous roles.
