This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in shaping the strategic direction of the Commercial Banking service offering and contribute to the success of the distribution business across a range of performance metrics.
As part of an agile team of Business Operations and Operations Managers, you will provide support to the Business Operations Manager and the broader Property Finance Team. You will collaborate with Property Finance RGMs and their teams to ensure operational excellence and consistent sales leadership support across regions.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Property Finance team to ensure operational management excellence and support sales leadership initiatives.Develop and lead the implementation of action plans to achieve key business goals in partnership with Business Operations and Operations Managers.Manage operating rhythms, disciplines, and communications that support business development, performance, customer advocacy, and engagement. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.Proficient in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote.Excellent communication skills.Capable of self-management and autonomous work.Team-oriented, flexible working style.Resilient and confident in fast-paced, evolving environments.Familiarity with Westpac Group reporting and customer systems.
